Skyline - Just another Alien Movie??
Benniboy came from uni and was about 20 mins after nh. We entered the wilder with all the tools and harness. We climbed up the damp treehouse. The extra planks covering the roof helped to keep the wet out. Benniboy attached the rope and then harnessed just below the hatch area. We put another structure plank from an outer trunk to the centre tree trunk. This fit in nicely and will help hold the south east floor.
We then added the 2nd plank to the hatch area. We added a structure plank on the left side of the bottom of the steps, one end fit between the hatch planks. We had to saw another structure end, to make it fit. Benniboy dropped the 65's out of his pocket, will hammering in one end. Luckily he had one more nail and then we used one 100mm. We left it at that.
We deployed to Hemel cinema. We had 10 mins, so got cheeseburgers at Mcdonald's. We then went and saw Skyline. We were in screen 6, this was one of the bigger screens.
The movie was good and wasn't they usual alian invasion type. The humans didn't really find a weakness in the aliens. The ending was unique, as the guy managed to take control of the alien his brain had been put in. He was then able to fight off the other aliens and protect his girlfriend. We rated it 6.5/10. It wasn't at the level of cloverfield.
