Treeswing progression and treeswinger disturbance
We went to the wilder earlier today, to get some picture before it became dark. We had been the previous day and managed to cut a good amount, by using the harness for a better cutting position.
We walked across the field. There were some treeswingers in the wilder on the main path. They had an off-road motorbike. We walked around the wilder, when we got to the lower goal post a treeswinger zoomed out infron of us on his motorbike. It was loud and he did a wheelie while speeding off across the field.
We walked into the wilder as he came speeding back. We went to the treeswing and took some pictures of the cut.
There are two cuts in the tree, we are currently working on the one closest to the tree trunk. This cut is about a quarter of the way through.
We deployed to the treehouse. More branches had fallen off, the tree was dead, at least at the top.
We went back to the treeswing. Benniboy had a quick cut at it, but then the treeswingers started to come towards us. We deployed back to the cars, then walked to the co op. By the time we got back it was dark. It had started raining, so we quickly went in and did a few more power saws.
We plan off having the branch down by next weekend. Then we can leave it a week before we add a treeswing.
