Treeswing Planning

Saturday 14 January 2012 - -

The treeswingboys went for an early wilder study today, around 12.45pm. There were a load of footballers getting ready for a match when we arrived. Benniboy had bought 30m of rope. We deployed to the treeswing. In the daylight we could examine the good job we had done with the clearing of the branch debri.

We looked up and noticed there were a few little branches getting in the way of the treeswing ropes path. We also looked at the bump in the ground and thought that it would allow for more treeswing 'swing' if the ground was lower. Here is a diagram to demonstrate the tree that need sawing, the ground digging, handle bars and virtual treeswing:

We will also add a new crossbar to the wembley goal.

We went back to the car and discussed that there were no laughing gas tutorial videos on youtube. We thought we could do one and then demonstrate how to properly get high, unlike all the fakes. Nh had all his laughing gases in his boot and was eager to do 10 more. The footballers had just started there match and spectators were arriving.

Benniboy handled the dispenser while Nh inhaled the balloons full of happy gas. Half way through the laughing gas session two spectators parked next to the car on the left, they walked in front of the miata and Nh was blowing the balloon and out of it. Benniboy told him to hide it, they seemed suspicious then walked across the field. Nh continued till all 10 had been inhaled, it took about 20 minutes.

We then watched the football match. It looked like one team was made of 30 - 45 year olds and the other of 20 year olds. There was a fat player that was a striker and we really wanted him to score a goal, but he was quite disappointing. They seemed pretty bad considering they practice every week. The younger team scored near the end of half time, even though the older players had more possession.

We disposed of the chargers and deployed home.
